4. SMS Notifications via Brightwheel

Brightwheel may also support in-app and SMS notifications for families who independently use that platform. These communications are subject to Brightwheel’s own terms and privacy policy.

5. Direct SMS /Text Messaging Terms 

By providing your phone number to Keen Minds Academy, you provide express consent to receive SMS/text messages from us. These messages may include enrollment updates, tour scheduling, reminders, and program-related notifications.

SMS messaging is used strictly for service-related communication and is not a condition of enrollment or purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies (1–4 messages per month).

Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. You will receive a final confirmation message confirming you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages.
